Work Instructions
Work instructions are available for every business rule displayed in the table, allowing users to clearly understand how to resolve errors or warnings. Instructions can be presented in rich HTML or plain text and may include URLs linking to instructional videos to further clarify the intent of each rule.
By enabling self-service issue resolution, this capability significantly reduces administrative overhead and accelerates user productivity.
Toggle Table Perspectives
The Object Validator provides flexible table perspectives, allowing users to analyze validation results from multiple viewpoints depending on their workflow and needs by selecting the toggle button in the table header.
Rule-to-Object View
This perspective displays business rules as the primary table rows. Each rule can be expanded to reveal the objects with associated errors or warnings beneath it. This view enables users to quickly understand which rules are being validated and focus on a concise, high-level summary while still having access to detailed object-level information as needed.

Object-to-Rule View
This perspective displays validated objects with issues as the primary table rows. Each object can be expanded to show the business rules responsible for the errors or warnings. This view helps users identify problem areas at the object level and clearly understand which rules are impacting each object.
Together, these perspectives provide users with powerful flexibility to investigate validation results efficiently, whether they prefer a rule-centric or object-centric analysis.

Validate from Right Click Actions
Allow any user to validate any selected business object using the Right Mouse Click option. This allows users to validate one object of interest.
Validate Multiple Objects from Folder Actions
Allow any user to validate multiple selected business objects using the folder actions. This allows users to review many objects at the same time from a folder or a search window.
The user can quickly obtain validation data to determine to proceed with creating a change or approving a release of a set of objects.

Validate Business Objects within Workflows.
Companies can use the Object Validator within any workflow for a Change Notice, Change Task, or Promotion Request. Business Rule Checks are validated within the workflow using a conditional robot to determine if any of the resulting objects fail or pass the business rules.
All rules or a specific rule can be validated at any point within a workflow process.
This allows flexibility of the workflow administrator to route failures to a specific activity to handle the rework tasks.
