Simple for Users to Understand

The Setup Participants Wizard shows a simple table with the list of users associated with the context roles defined in any given workflow template based on a change object lifecycle.

The Setup Participant Wizard can be used in the following change objects:

Intuitive User Interface

  • ​The participant table shows unique user names with clarity.

  • Clearly identifies the users and their associated roles defined within any workflow template within a separate wizard step. 

  • The required minimum number of participants are shown defined within the workflow assigned activities.

  • Validates and forces the users to select the required minimum number of participants.

Validate Required Participants

Validates the number of participants required within a workflow and displays an error message. Forces the user to select the minimum participant requirement before starting a workflow. 

Update from Workflow Change 

The setup participant table updates when workflow template Assigned Activities change assignees such as participants or resource pool roles, groups, or context team automatically.
