PTC Online Account

The best way to work with PTC is through their online services. Everyone can create a PTC online account. Pro/ENGINEER users can upgrade their online accounts to access additional services.

Use your PTC online account to:

     access the PTC Technical Support Knowledge Database

     Submit and track PTC Technical Support calls

     Submit and track PTC Enhancement Requests

     Order or download software CDs

     Obtain or reconfigure license packs

     access PTC University

Instructions for creating your online PTC account are available here .

If you already have an account but forgot your password, or if you need to make other changes not possible through the web interface, PTC Technical Support can do it for you. Simply call 1 (800) 477-6435 and dial 0 for the operator. When connected, tell them what you need done to your online account.

 
Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 2.0 Installation Instructions

Do you want to know how to install Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 2.0?

First ensure you have the latest build of the software. All builds are available at the software downloads area of PTC's website.

All customers should use the Update Advisor to see what if any critical bugs have been found in the build they want to install.

Companies running multiple PTC applications like Pro/ENGINEER, Pro/INTRALINK, and ProductView also need to look at the latest tested Product Development System (PDS) Roadmap . The PDS is a specific configuration (build codes) of these packages PTC quality tested to ensure a minimum number of interopperability issues.
